Dear father, mother, student or partner whatever you tell us is extremely important to us since by doing so you will help us become a better Ikastola. We want to know your problems as they are a means to better ourselves.
We are committed
to deal with everything which you put forth. We acknowledge receipt within 2 days upon receipt. Everything that you put forth will be dealt with in a confidential manner. We will give you our first response within a maximum of 5 working days, should we require further time, we promise to respond with a set deadline.
How can you do this.
We like face to face contact and closeness in personal and informal relationships, yet if you would like to make a formal suggestion or complaint, we would like to ease this contact by means of a document which you can obtain through our webpage, by using the paper format document which you can find at the Ikastola Secretary's Office calling the Ikastola at 94 400 53 00, via email ikastola@begonazpi.net, or by means of a letter addressed to the Ikastola.
If you wish to see us in person request an interview with any of the Ikastola's Heads.
What can you do if you remain unsatisfied.
You can contact the Ikastola's Principal, the School Board or the Diocese of Bilbao's Department of Education.
School year suggestions and complaints report.
Once the school year has ended, the Ikastola's Management will put forth a report to the School Board outlining all the suggestions and complaints as well as how they have been dealt with.
