The Ikastola is run by means of a system of processes and projects in such a way that our organisation is based on "what we do".

The Ikastola's management is such that, being flat in its structure, there is no need for departments. The school is organised around its services, therefore creating different teams for those services.

The internal organization is made up of a means of process systems, each of which is headed by its owner or person in charge. Each system is developed within a variety of subsystems. The most important thing in the Ikastola are the Teaching - Learning processes, which have been developed in the following way:
