The school is managed by way of process and project system, in such a way that the  organisation is based on "what we do".

The manner of management is such that, being flat in its structure, there is no need  for departments. The school is organised around its services, creating different teams  for those services.

The internal organisation is governed through systems processes, each system being  led by its owner or the person responsible for that system of processes. Each system  is divided up into various sub-systems. The most important in the school are the  processes of teaching and learning, which have been developed in the following  manner:

Internal organization is simple; on the one hand there are the owners of the system,  those responsible for those systems and the participants in them. Whilst, on the  other, together with them, the management team. The organisation maintains a close  relationship with the main groups of interest.
